We are looking for a Supervisor to join our busy team in Lymington, working 13.5 hours per week and supporting the store on Sundays and another day during the week.
What does this role do?
We're looking for a commercially minded Supervisor to:
* lead and inspire a team of busy, dynamic volunteers that deliver excellent customer service,
* maintain high levels of presentation through effective merchandising, using commercial decision making to drive best use of space available,
* be instrumental in ensuring your store is a successful hub of the community, working closely with Rehoming Centres and representing the Dogs Trust brand.
Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you'll need some retail experience along with strong team and budgetary management skills, leading from the front and driving sales through commercial awareness and inspirational customer service, making a difference to the dogs in our care.
