We’re looking for a reliable, positive, and well-presented part-time team member to support our showroom and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack and dispatch swatch orders
Call customers who have purchased swatches to follow up and assist with enquiries
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
Manage live chat enquiries
Book in deliveries and coordinate incoming stock
Keep the showroom clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
File invoices and check invoices for accuracy

Well-presented with a smart, professional appearance
Diligent with strong attention to detail
Hard-working, reliable, and proactive
Positive attitude and happy to take initiative
Confident communicating with customers in person, on the phone, and online
