Location: Remote (based in the UK, Ireland, or Netherlands preferred; open to other EU locations)
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, supporting leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organizations. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for driving technical onboarding and ongoing success for enterprise customers across Europe. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless implementations, integrations, and continuous improvements that enable our clients to fully leverage our AI-powered platform for smarter pricing, promotion, and trade investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and key milestones
* Lead technical onboarding for new enterprise customers, ensuring smooth implementation
* Translate customer requirements into actionable technical deliverables
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful execution
* Provide ongoing technical support for existing customers, including change requests and system upgrades
* Identify and resolve technical challenges that may impact customer satisfaction or delivery
* Maintain documentation, best practices, and process improvement initiatives
* Communicate effectively with distributed, multicultural teams across Europe
Required Qualifications:
* Experience in technical program management, management consulting, customer onboarding, or a related role in SaaS or technology environments
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
* Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure)
* Proven track record in managing complex, enterprise-level technical projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working across regions and cultures
* Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
