Your new role
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and conducting variance analysis. You will also be involved in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices. A relevant accounting qualification (such as AAT, ACCA, or CIMA) is essential, along with experience in a similar role. You should have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is also required.
