Role: Behaviour Assistant
Location: Halstead
Pay Rate: £90 – £110 per day
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time
Your impact will include as a Behaviour Assistant:
* Building trust with students who need extra guidance
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
* Supporting teachers to create calm, structured classrooms
* Helping young people overcome challenges and grow in confidence
What You’ll Bring:
* Previous experience as a Behaviour Assistant or in a similar support role ( LSA, Youth Mentor, SEN Support)
* The ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
* A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
