Job Responsibilities
* Provide second-line technical support to Field Service Technicians working on complex electro-mechanical systems.
* Troubleshoot field issues using electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams to deliver effective remote solutions.
* Visit customer sites when required to assist with fault diagnosis and resolution
* Contribute to internal technical documentation, product feedback, and improvement initiatives.
* Act as a technical bridge between service operations and engineering—communicating clearly with less technical audiences.
Skills Required
* Proficient in reading and applying electrical and hydraulic schematics for fault analysis.
* Background in capital equipment, instrumentation, or servo-hydraulic systems is preferred.
* Mechanical understanding gained through hands-on engineering or support work.
* HNC (or equivalent) in Engineering or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical support role.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities for documentation and customer engagement.
