Description: Part-time LOCUM Dentist required for 3 days per week in a busy, well organised practice in Sherbourne, Dorset.
• £475-£500 per day to be discussed, dependant on UDA delivery and availability
• 45% split on Private income
• 50% Labs
• Fully computerised surgeries - Large, 4 surgery practice
• Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo, Apex Locator
• Hygienist on-site
• Full support team including PM on-site
• FREE staff parking
• Practice hours: 08:30 – 5:00pm
• Train station in the town centre and bus routes available
• Available immediately, start date negotiable

- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
