The Role
* Monitoring and tracking student attendance
* Working with families to improve attendance outcomes
* Supporting behaviour and pastoral interventions
* Producing attendance reports and data analysis
* Liaising with external agencies where required
Requirements
Applicants should have:
* Previous school, pastoral, or attendance experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Good administrative and IT skills
* Ability to work sensitively and professionally with families
* The legal right to work in the UK
