Salary is up to £58,000.
As Pastry Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in overseeing pastry operations, maintaining exceptional standards, and leading the pastry team in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day running of the pastry section
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Assist with menu development, stock control, and ordering
Train and support junior pastry chefs
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Help deliver smooth and efficient service during busy periods

Experience as a Pastry Sous Chef within a high-end restaurant environment
Strong pastry skills and attention to detail
Confident leading and developing a team
Calm, organised, and professional under pressure
