Program Manager - Digital Twin
Location: London (Hybrid - Minimum 3 days in the office)
Compensation: £80,000 - £100,000
The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and manage a comprehensive program focused on developing 3D visualization workflows for a large, new urban city marketing initiative.
This role will oversee multiple project streams—content and program management, digital design guidelines, technology infrastructure (pipeline development, data asset management, and web-based guideline services)—and ensure seamless coordination with the team managing film and CGI production. The ultimate goal is to build a robust Unreal Engine–based digital twin and supporting assets to drive ongoing marketing and media efforts.
Core Accountabilities:
1. End-to-End Delivery: Own the delivery of this multi-workstream program, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment across all components.
2. Governance & Workflow: Work with the Production Director in the Middle East to define and maintain overall governance structures, reporting frameworks, and workflows. You will serve as the key conduit between the Regional team and the London/offshore delivery teams.
