Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for facilities management and technical excellence? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Lead to oversee the day-to-day operation of our static site in Wolverhampton. You'll ensure compliance with statutory and mandatory standards while managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric services to deliver high-quality service across the contract.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and maintain M&E plant, equipment, and fabric services.
* Manage the CAFM system to monitor performance and service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001 and manage QHSE responsibilities.
* Organise and carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
* Supervise specialist contractors and ensure quality service delivery.
* Compile and validate risk assessments, method statements, and work package plans.
* Attend meetings, training, and respond to operational requirements.
* Participate in out-of-hours call-outs and contractor audits.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
Qualifications
* Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
* Proficient in CAFM systems and report compilation.
* Skilled in risk assessment and logbook management.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Client-facing experience and ability to work under pressure. City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical discipline.
* IOSH Managing Safely certification.
* Knowledge of plant operations, BMS systems, and business-critical services.
