Procurement Officer
Hampton – TW12
£42,000 Basic, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension and healthcare.
Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To
* Procurement and supplier Management.
* Contract negotiation with suppliers.
* Purchase orders ensuring correct policies and budgets guidelines are followed.
* Cost control and data analysis.
* Market research to identify potential suppliers and trends within the market.
* Work closely with the planning team to ensure stock levels are maintained.
* Document and report all procurement activities accurately.
* Ensure compliance laws, regulations, and company policies are met.
* Work with internal teams to understand procurement needs.
To Apply You MUST Have Or Hold
* 3-5 years experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Extensive knowledge of MS Excel.
* Able to manage and analyse procurement data and reports.
* Able to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
* Strong knowledge of procurement regulations.
* Specific qualifications are advantageous – CIPS, CPSM.
* Knowledge in M3 ERP systems is beneficial.
