About the candidate * Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale building projects running concurrently within education or similar sectors. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, compliance, and health & safety regulations. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing situations and priorities. * Experience with CIF-funded projects. * Familiarity with educational estate management. * Familiarity of dealing with projects covering upgrades to electrical infrastructure, installing new fire alarm systems, replacement of heating systems and installing new ventilation systems.
