We are currently seeking a Planning Assistant to join Welsh National Opera during a period of change.
What will be required of you?
You will liaise with all departments across the company to provide accurate information about rehearsal and performance plans. You will use our planning system - Diese – to maintain records and deliver a weekly schedule to the whole company. You will be responsible for managing and booking spaces here at WMC and across our tour venues.
What will you need to know?
* Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to solve problems and negotiate solutions.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

* Annual salary of £25,055 per annum.
* Colleagues are entitled to 25 days of annual leave (pro-rata for part-time hours) each full holiday leave year, which runs from 1st September to 31st August. Bank and public holidays are in addition to this. After 5 years, holiday entitlement increases to 28 days.
