As Digital Platform Manager, you’ll lead a well-established team, oversee delivery of a clear roadmap, and act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and technical teams. This is a 6-month interim contract (with strong potential to extend), ideal for someone who enjoys unblocking teams, managing cross-functional delivery, and keeping operations running smoothly, without needing to reshape technology or rework strategy. Key Details: This is primarily a delivery and people leadership role. You'll manage a cross-functional team and ensure a well-defined roadmap is executed smoothly. You’ll be confident navigating competing priorities, unblocking teams, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned — without needing to get hands-on with code. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, marketing, external partners, and developers — ensuring communication is clear, priorities are realistic, and people are supported. Key Responsibilities of the Role: Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the team Keep delivery on track, roadmap items, and ad hoc priorities Triage incoming issues and escalations with clarity and structure Be a liaison between internal teams (Leadership, Marketing, Product) and developers Maintain focus on quality, timelines, and team wellbeing throughout delivery ✅ What You’ll Bring: Proven experience leading or managing platform, product or digital delivery teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong project management background Experience in delivery environments (e.g. Agile, Kanban) with cross-functional teams Comfortable working with engineers but not expected to code Bonus if you have: Experience in eCommerce, digital booking systems, or online customer platforms Background in working with external agencies or tech vendors Familiarity with change management or digital transformation programmes What’s on Offer: £60,000 salary (pro rata) Core hours 10-4 - Loads of flexibility with how you work 26 days holiday bank holidays (pro rata) Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the Bristol office - central location Enhanced pension Money towards travel and food Generous employee discounts Wellbeing hours, and team socials loads more Interview Process: 1 stage process Please note: You must be UK-based and we are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.
