Your Responsibilities
* Operate and Maintain: Run and maintain automated screw machines to ensure smooth operations.
* Material Handling: Unload and load machines with raw materials efficiently.
* Setup and Inspection: Set up machines and inspect finished products before they move to the next workstation.
* Routine Maintenance: Perform essential maintenance tasks, including oil and coolant changes.
* Keep It Clean: Sweep, clean, mop, pack, unpack, and move raw materials as needed.
* Monitor Operations: Remove finished products from bins and keep an eye on machines during breaks.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
* Experience in machine operation.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
* Proficiency with tape measures and troubleshooting skills.
* Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools.
* General production knowledge and mechanical skills.
* Press brake operation experience is a plus!
Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Willingness to complete a math and mechanical aptitude test.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
