KEY DUTIES
* Onboard and train customers, configure platform to research goals, troubleshoot surveys, integrations, ensure sales handoff.
* Build strong relationships driving upsell of research services, digital twins, success plans, reviews, renewals proactively.
* Analyse usage with analytics tools, identify risks, improve experience, represent customers, maintain knowledge base updates.
