The Role
As a member of the formulations team, you will design and execute experiments to develop nanoparticle formulations for drug delivery, with a strong emphasis on nucleic acid encapsulation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyse complex data, and contribute to scientific publications and regulatory submissions. As a senior scientist you will have autonomy in your work and project leadership opportunities.
Essential Qualifications:
* Ph.D. with a 2+ years experience, or a Masters with 6+ years relevant industry experience.
* Strong experience in nanoparticle formulation and characterisation.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in genetic material encapsulation.
* Knowledge of polymer chemistry and related formulation processes.
