* Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
* A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the FMCG industry.
* Professional qualifications in finance or accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
* Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
* Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
