Drive revenue growth and maximise profitability within HSpa by proactively generating, converting, and retaining spa bookings and memberships. Working collaboratively with the Spa, Reservations, Sales and Marketing teams, the HSpa Sales and Leisure Executive will deliver annual sales targets through strategic sales activity, relationship management, and innovative promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Identify and convert all sales opportunities to achieve and exceed annual spa revenue and profit targets
* Ensure all sales activity supports positively to overall departmental profitability.
* Manage all HSpa individual and group enquiries from initial contact through to successful conversion.
* Proactively generate new leads for spa experiences, memberships, group bookings and corporate opportunities.
* Conduct spa show rounds for prospective members and clients to drive membership sales.
* Support marketing team with initiatives to increase spa membership and overall spa sales.
* Monitor daily spa diary performance, therapist utilisation and identify revenue gaps, and support commercial director to implement strategies to maximise occupancy and yield.
* Produce weekly and monthly sales reports analysing performance against targets.
* Attend key business meetings to present results, insights and forward strategies.
* Account manage third-party relationships including Spa Breaks and Spa Seekers, conducting regular review meetings to optimise performance.
* Work closely with the Spa Manager, Commercial Director, Marketing team and General Manager to develop and implement promotional campaigns and spa packages.
* Ensure the wider hotel team is fully briefed on current packages, promotions and offers to support cross-selling.
* Support the day to day operations team with meets and greets and capturing leads from guest interactions to drive revenue opportunities.
* Proactively collect and maintain client information to grow the spa database and share with marketing
