We’re seeking a hands-on Head of Organic performance function—someone equally comfortable designing strategy, rolling up their sleeves in the tools, and collaborating closely with clients and our internal teams.
You’ll drive the evolution of the SEO offering: integrating technical excellence, content and UX strategy, and forward-thinking applications of AI. Key Responsibilities
* Own and evolve the SEO strategy—developing a holistic, future-facing approach that spans technical optimisation, content strategy, UX, and brand visibility.
* Lead and mentor the SEO team, ensuring a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and high performance.
* Be hands-on in delivery—from audits and site architecture to keyword strategy, content performance, and technical troubleshooting.
* Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance efficiency, analysis, and campaign intelligence.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with content, digital PR, and data teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
* Engage directly with clients—building trusted relationships, translating complex SEO strategies into clear value, and ensuring performance excellence.
* Stay ahead of the curve—continually exploring innovations in search, AI, and user experience to keep the SEO offering market-leading.
