About this opportunity
We are seeking a proactive Commissioning Officer to lead commissioning activity and improve outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
Key duties:
* Lead commissioning activity and ensure effective contract monitoring
* Develop integrated health and social care pathways with partners
* Drive service improvements and deliver value for money
* Use market intelligence to identify needs and shape services
* Build strong relationships with providers to develop sustainable, high-quality services
