Conekt Legal is currently partnering with this leading UK National Law firm to recruit an associate into one of the UK’s largest real estate practices. This role would suit an experienced commercial property solicitor or a really experienced residential property solicitor with a real interest in working in the commercial space. This role can be either full or part time.

The Role
As an associate you will be required to lead on a broad range exciting and complex commercial property transactions to include commercial lettings, acquisitions and disposals, property development, property finance and investment. You will also be involved in the future growth and direction of the practice to include assisting with business development, networking and development of junior team members.
The Candidate
You will meet the following criteria;
* Qualified Solicitor – 4 + years PQE gained within property, ideally you will have previous commercial property experience however they will consider a very strong residential property solicitor with a real interest in moving into the commercial side
* Excellent analytical and organisational skills with the ability to deal with a busy workload
* Very strong commercial awareness with the ability to develop strong client relationships and also some previous business development exposure
* Collaborative approach and able to contribute to a positive working culture and assist with the development of junior team members
