This Maintenance Team Leader supports manufacturing through the provision of maintenance engineering activities across all automated production machinery on site. Read on… Role Description. * Supervising a small team of maintenance engineers, achieving department engineering objectives. * Supervising of the team to provide reactive, planned, preventative and emergency maintenance to minimise machinery downtime. * Helping to provide ‘hands on’ maintenance engineering support (Electrical / Mechanical). * Supervising and managing installation activities, both electrical and mechanical. * Utilising the CMMS. * Ensure all work is conducted to H&S standards and risk assessments conducted. * Reporting into the Maintenance Engineering Manager. Skills and Qualifications. * Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineering background – mechanical or electrical bias. * Formal Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications (Level 3). * Experience of working within a high-speed manufacturing environment. * Supervisory, Team Leadership or Senior Maintenance Engineering experience. * Clear communication skills and highly organised.
