Vice President of Sales UKI Product & Specification
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

At Hubexo we help the construction industry sell more, build smarter, and grow sustainably. We're now looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead our UK & Ireland Product & Specification teams. This role is central to our growth plans and our commercial future.
It’s not for the faint-hearted. It’s for someone who thrives in complexity, leads from the front, and knows how to turn ambition into results.
What you’ll do
* Own and deliver new business targets across our product and specification portfolio
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
* Build and execute a clear, insight-led sales strategy
* Cultivate C-suite relationships and act as a trusted advisor
* Identify new commercial opportunities and revenue streams
* Align with Marketing to generate leads and improve conversion
* Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations and Customer Success
* Deliver accurate forecasts and clear performance insights
* Represent Hubexo in strategic conversations and at industry events
What you’ll get

What we need from you
* At least five years in senior B2B sales leadership
* A track record of exceeding multi-million-pound targets
* Experience leading teams in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
* Strong commercial acumen and forecasting ability
* Direct experience engaging and influencing at senior levels
* A mindset built around accountability, ownership, and ambition
* Ideally, experience in construction, SaaS, or specification-led sales
