Purpose of the Role To deliver an exceptional experience to members and guests through the F&B offering, ensuring all TCC standards and expectations and maintained. Overview of Job Tasks/Duties • Sets up tables and assists with the preparation of event spaces. • Provides a welcoming environment for all members/guests, provides menus and takes orders. • Delivers food from the kitchen to members/guests at the table. • Keeps any bar and drink service areas fully stocked with beverages; notifies the Food & Beverage Supervisor in case of stock shortages. • Takes drinks orders and serves drinks to guests at their table or throughout the venue. • Check back and upselling with guests in line with Standard Operating Procedures. • Clears down tables and chairs, removing rubbish and dirty plates and cutlery, cleans and rearranges tables and chairs preparing for next guest. • Flexibly works in any front of house area that requires assistance during peak periods. • Fully operates all bar services, including Barista duties. • Maintain up-to-date allergen knowledge and follow the correct procedures when taking and processing orders. • Has knowledge of the food and beverage products on the menu and answers enquiries relating to those. Education and/or Experience • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential. Qualifications and Special Requirements • Food safety certification and/or HACCP certified is desirable but not essential.
