Role Summary
1. Daily Management & Supervision of Team of Sales Excellence / Support Administrators
2. Become an active member of the Sales Excellence / Support department, communicating with all Aftermarket sales functions and supporting our team and Sales Excellence Manager daily. Develop External Sales Team/Sales Excellence relationships – suggest new ways of working to benefit sales
3. Provide first class sales support and decision making to help maintain and expand the UK/Eire Aftermarket revenues, efficiently, effectively and predictably, embodying the voice of the customer.
4. Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Service
Main Tasks
5. Supervise daily team activities; assign tasks, monitor and develop individual’s performance, track individual and team KPIs, etc.
6. Administration and reporting to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement
7. Evaluate and maintain ERP and CRM systems
8. Customer backorder list preparation and inter-company order book reviews to support the achievement of departmental KPIs
9. Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders for the management of cashflow, receivables and payables in line with company targets and processes
10. Liaising and communicating with our warehouse and other business stakeholders on a daily basis, including service providers
11. Complete competency to manage customer concerns, complaints, returns and credit arrangements for complete ownership of end-to-end process
12. Co-ordination with Group regarding routine enquiries and instructions
13. Help implement new ideas, streamline processes and implement best practices. Engage and actively participate in Departmental and Company initiatives and projects
14. Identify, co-ordinate, facilitate and implement cover and cross-training for key tasks across the team
15. Provide and be accountable for; tools, content and training to ensure all departmental tasks are covered during absenteeism, annual leave and high demand periods
16. Monitor KPIs, forecast accuracy, and analyse data to provide concise and constructive data, enabling the Management team to make efficient and effective decisions
17. Lead team queries. Find solutions and be the escalation point for immediate support

30. MRP and purchasing experience
