Job description: We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager with strong product intuition, market awareness, and a passion for building innovative, customer-centric solutions. They will validate market needs, shape product roadmaps, and define market requirements that unlock growth through enhanced functionality, smarter content delivery, richer data integration, and new product approaches. The Product Manager will serve as a champion for the organisation's deals and forecasting data, partnering closely with the product, content, data engineering and data science teams on initiatives involving LLMs, Generative AI, data connectivity, data mastering, and emerging product concepts, ensuring content is surfaced more effectively for customers. The role also requires strong cross-functional collaboration with the product marketing, and commercial teams. Experience in the biopharmaceutical, drug development, or broader Life Sciences market is a significant advantage. The organisation particularly welcomes seasoned Product Managers with full lifecycle product ownership experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product Management team to shape new solutions and feature enhancements that drive portfolio growth and value. Develop clear, compelling product roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks grounded in customer and market needs. Build evidence-based business cases to support new product initiatives and product enhancements. Partner with technology, data science, and content teams to advance product initiatives from concept through full lifecycle execution. Own and manage the product backlog, driving successful delivery by working closely with development and user experience teams. Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Product Marketing teams to provide product thought leadership and support market positioning and promotional efforts. Work with Marketing & Sales to articulate product value and champion product adoption both internally and externally. Maintain a deep understanding of customer personas and workflows, market challenges, competitors, the industry, and available technology to inform product decision-making. Track product performance metrics and manage progress toward defined goals. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a Product Manager within the Life Sciences sector. Proven ability to operate independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and delivering on time and on budget. Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively at the right level of detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise appropriately, and identify opportunities for process or product improvement. Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working across cross-functional teams, external partners, clients, and senior stakeholders. Experience working closely with engineering teams to drive timely product releases. Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Pendo, Figma, and Monday.com. Ability to analyze market trends and monitor competitive activity. Experience acting as a subject matter expert on content and data, across internal teams (engineering, sales, content, marketing) and with customers. Ability to research, gather, and define business requirements from clients, partners, sales, and other stakeholders for current and future releases. Experience collaborating on product materials including white papers, customer presentations, training assets, videos, webinars, and solution guides.
