Forecast future workforce needs based on business plans, industry trends, and economic conditions. Design succession plans, talent pipelines, and talent acquisition strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. Utilise workforce planning tools and analytics to provide insights and support decision making. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce planning initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary. Facilitate workforce planning meetings and workshops to engage leadership and key stakeholders. Provide regular reports and updates on workforce planning activities and outcomes. Stay current with industry best practices and innovations in workforce planning.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience delivering integrated Strategic Workforce Planning Skills in workforce data analysis, forecasting, dashboards and performance tracking Knowledge of the nuclear skills sector and its workforce challenges. Proven ability to work with external stakeholders to develop future skills strategies. Track record of leading capability initiatives across complex programmes Familiar with change and culture programmes in highly regulated environments.
