An international law firm is looking to hire a Senior Lateral Recruitment Coordinator to support experienced hire activity within its London office. The right person could come from either an in-house or agency background.
The Role:
This position plays a key part in delivering a smooth and professional hiring experience, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage the recruitment of lawyers across a range of practice areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Overseeing the coordination of experienced hire recruitment from initial application through to offer stage
* Acting as a key point of contact for agencies and search firms
* Organising interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate journey
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on hiring activity
* Supporting offer management and onboarding processes
* Contributing to broader recruitment projects and team initiatives
About You
* Prior experience in recruitment within a law firm environment is essential, with US firm exposure strongly preferred
* Confident managing multiple processes in a deadline-driven setting
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working with recruitment systems
