Associate Practice Educator- Health and Social Care Partnerships Practice Education and Development Team (Moray)
26.5 hours per week – Permanent.
Base: Dr Grays Hospital
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a Band 4 Associate Practice Educator within Moray. This post will support the education and development of the clinical Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) workforce in DGH and Moray Health and Social Care Partnership as part of the Moray Practice Education and Development Team.
The post-holder will be part of a team, led by a Lead Practice Educator, who together with other team members, will be responsible for supporting planning and delivery of a range of education and training programmes for HCSWs. The post holder will be linked with the clinical areas within Dr Grays Hospital and Moray Health and Social Care Partnerships.
The successful applicant will be an innovative and motivated HCSW who has some experience of providing education and training to others, however full support will be available to undertake any additional education and training related to the post. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced HCSW who has the skills and ambition to develop their career within a Practice Education role.
