European Customer Service Representative
Location: Wrexham | Permanent | Full‑time

We're working with a global leader in advanced materials and chemical solutions, who are looking to recruit a European Customer Service Representative to join their Composite Materials team in Wrexham.
The Role
This is a key, customer‑facing position where you'll take ownership of a defined European customer portfolio, acting as the main point of contact across order management, supply chain coordination, and customer performance. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, timely delivery, and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders end‑to‑end, from order entry through to invoicing
Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams including Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Commercial
Maintain accurate customer and pricing data in line with contracts and agreements
Manage customer portals, including order uploads, KPIs, and documentation
Support complaint handling, rebates, and deductions with relevant stakeholders
Ensure export compliance and accurate completion of shipping documentation
Monitor customer KPIs and proactively resolve issues using data‑led insights
What You'll Bring
A commercial background (degree or relevant training preferred)
Strong ERP experience (SAP desirable) covering order processing, pricing, and customer data
Knowledge of export compliance, invoicing, and complaint resolution
Experience managing complex orders and performance KPIs
Fluency in English plus French, Spanish, or German
