Junior M&E Quantity Surveyor

£35,000 - £40,000 + package
We are an established and growing Building Services / Facilities Management contractor seeking a Junior M&E Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial team across mechanical and electrical projects and maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities
•Assist with cost control, valuations, and financial reporting
•Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and final accounts
•Assist with procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
•Help assess variations and change control
•Support commercial management of FM reactive and planned works
•Maintain accurate commercial records and attend site meetings
Requirements
•Strong numerical skills and good knowledge of Excel
•Interest in M&E / Building Services / FM
•Good communication skills and willingness to learn
•UK driving licence (preferred)
Desirable
•Exposure to M&E or Facilities Management
•Basic knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts
