Field Service Engineer – Service Team
A service engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of technical systems and equipment at customer sites. You will work closely with clients to ensure successful maintenance and integration of products, providing technical expertise and support throughout. Your role will contribute to delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional service to our customers.
Location:Based at our Hull branch, travelling daily to customer sites, overnight stays required.
Job type:Full time, permanent.Work pattern: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, overtime may be required.

Your background: Time-served in a compressed air or commercial service role.
Essentials & desirables:
·Level 3, apprentice trained or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline - Essential
·Full driving licence - Essential
Key responsibilities:
·Work safely in-line with company policies and site rules.
·Service & maintain electrical and mechanical equipment.
* Communicate directly with the customer and contractors throughout works.
·Liaise with the service team to coordinate service visits.
·Inclusive in an ON CALL system with fellow engineers
·Provide technical support, training & advice to clients.
·Document service activities accurately and comprehensively.
·Stay up to date on product developments, technical knowledge, industry regulations, and best practices to continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
·Support & mentor junior engineers and apprentices.
·Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining positive & professional relationships.
* Ensure work areas are left in a tidy manner and vehicles used are kept roadworthy and clean.

We manufacture all ductwork in-branch, ensuring it is fabricated to fit seamlessly with our customers’ systems.
We maintain equipment, our trained service engineers carry out preventive maintenance and are available 24/7 for any unexpected issues.
