An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a prestigious and friendly hotel located on the north Norfolk coast. This position will involve providingprehensive HR support to hotel managers and Heads of Departments, as well as managingpliance and reporting to the Proprietor.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including job descriptions, adverts, interviews, and onboarding.
• Employee management and training: Provide day-to-day support to managers, ensurepliance with legislation, and manage disciplinary and performance issues.
•pliance: Maintain records ofpliance in H&S, EHO, andernment Legislation, as well as oversee contractor work and routine checks.
Other general matters: Act as the first point of contact for employee relations queries, provide weekly reports to the Proprietor, and develop corporate policies
What you'll need to succeed
1. Minimum of three years' experience in a similar HR role
2. Hospitality experience is helpful
3. CIPD qualification desired
4. Excellent organizational, time management, andmunication skills
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Great writtenmunication
