I am looking for educators in Harwich, who are experienced in working with KS3 and KS4 students, in core academic subjects (English, Maths and Science). What the role entails: Working with a child, providing face to face support within their home or local library, in a 1:1 format. Assess the child’s current learning level and plan engaging lessons / sensory sessions accordingly. Planning resources around the child’s needs, this could be on developing their knowledge in Maths, English and/ or science. Establishing and building a rapport with the child. What we are looking for in a tutor: SEN and SEMH experience. Able to plan and deliver engaging, nurturing sessions tailored to the pupil’s learning level. Assessing and track the pupils progress to achieve their desired learning outcomes and provide feedback.
