We are seeking a Senior BI Developer with strong expertise in data modeling, analytics, and dashboard development to support an ERP Modernization and Supply Chain (SCM) Transformation initiative. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable BI solutions that provide actionable insights across ERP, Blue Yonder, and related enterprise systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and QA teams to design and deliver trusted analytics and reporting solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.
JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models for ERP and SCM domains
* Build and optimize data models (star/snowflake schemas) for performance and usability
* Translate business requirements into clear analytical solutions and visualizations
* Develop advanced calculations and metrics using DAX / SQL (tool-dependent)
* Integrate BI solutions with ERP and SCM data sources, including Blue Yonder
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation across source systems
* Optimize report and dataset performance for large data volumes
* Collaborate with data engineering teams on data pipelines, transformations, and architecture
* Support UAT and production releases from a BI perspective
* Mentor junior BI developers and analysts
* Contribute to BI standards, best practices, and documentation
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
BI & Analytics
* 6–10+ years of experience in BI / analytics roles
* Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (or equivalent BI tools such as Tableau, Looker)
* Expertise in Data modeling (star / snowflake schemas), DAX or equivalent analytical expressions and Power Query / SQL-based transformations
* Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
ERP & SCM Analytics
* Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
* Exposure to SCM and supply chain data (planning, inventory, orders, logistics)
* Understanding of end-to-end ERP and SCM data flows
* Experience validating operational and planning metrics
Data & Platform Skills
* Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
* Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling principles
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development practices
NICE TO HAVE
* Experience integrating BI tools with Blue Yonder data
* Exposure to cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery)
* Experience with ETL / ELT tools
* Power BI Service administration and workspace management
* Exposure to CI/CD for BI or data pipelines
* Microsoft, AWS, or analytics-related certifications
* Experience working in Agile or product-led environments
