Job Description
The Change Manager leads the planning, execution, and adoption of organisational change initiatives that support Navantia UK’s transformation. The role focuses on people, leadership, communication, and cultural readiness — ensuring that new processes, systems, structures, and ways of working are successfully embedded across the business. This position plays a critical role in enabling stakeholders to transition smoothly through change and in building long‑term organisational capability for transformation.
The Role
* Develop and implement change management strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned with transformation objectives.
* Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, change readiness evaluations, and adoption planning.
* Identify change‑related risks and define the appropriate mitigation and engagement approaches.
* Build strong relationships with leaders and teams to secure sponsorship and alignment around change priorities.
* Facilitate workshops, briefings, and feedback sessions to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supportive.
* Develop communication plans, engagement campaigns, internal announcements, and adoption resources.
* Ensure messaging is consistent, targeted, and aligned with organisational culture and values.
* Support the rollout of training sessions, user guides, and onboarding materials related to new processes or systems.
* Promote upskilling and behavioural shifts required for long‑term adoption.
* Identify cultural barriers and behavioural gaps that may impact adoption and propose tailored interventions.
* Promote and support leadership in embedding cultural transformation within daily practices, following the Leadership Model of Navantia UK’s
* Track progress with KPI’s and provide structured reporting to senior leadership and programme governance bodies.
* Use feedback and performance insights to refine change plans and improve overall impact.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Change Management, Organisational Development, or large‑scale transformation roles.
* Understanding of change methodologies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills at all levels.
* Experience working in industrial and multinational environments (preferred).
* Proficiency with collaboration and communication tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
