As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll become an embedded support to the leadership and management of the Product, Engineering and Technology (PET), Marketing and Finance teams. Implementing people strategy and policies, you'll be a trusted advisor as we navigate times of organisational change, restructure and other ambiguities that a scaling global business may face. A visible and ever-present figure, you'll become a go-to for any HR issues, with the support of an HR Generalist to resolve queries relating to benefits, sickness, recruitment and talent management. You'll provide guidance and ensure compliance with local labour laws across our different locations, using regional HR colleagues' expertise within those geographies. You'll keep informed with data relating to HR metrics including time to hire, employee turnover, and use this to advise your business leaders. You'll nurture a talent strategy encompassing Talent Acquisition, Development and Talent Management. Liaising with the Talent Acquisition team, you'll provide market benchmarking information and keep them informed of current and forecasted hiring needs. Overseeing and executing the full range of HR business partnering, you'll impact each key moment of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, performance management, coaching and development, employee relations, employee engagement initiatives, and exit interviews. In this role you'll be working with fast growing and changing business areas, at an exciting time here at Third Bridge. In this role you'll quickly become an integral and influential member of these core departments. You'll partner with the other People functions to ensure all the HR needs of Tech, Marketing and Finance are met. Qualifications What will you bring? You put the Partner into the HR BP role, as you pride yourself on your collaboration with HR functions and the business areas you support. Your experience working on a global scale, partnering with teams across different regions and labour laws (particularly the UK), allows you to form impactful relationships with senior leaders. Your expertise allows you to influence and advise strategy relating to people management, org structure and change. You have experience of significant project and change management, supporting business areas through fast-paced and exciting times. You take a bigger picture view, advising on HR policies and People strategy, and have experience of influencing organisational structure, location strategy and commercial impact. Balancing business needs with employee needs, you take a solution-driven approach guiding managers through ambiguity. You are a natural collaborator, building up trusted working partnerships with business leaders. You act independently, proactively engaging with your departments and quickly embedding yourself into the team. Ideally you come with experience from the technology industry, having partnered with fast growing functions in an international business.
