Role Overview As a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. These range in value from £250k to £3.5M, often in live or heritage environments, and delivered on a design & build basis. You'll work closely with pre-construction, design, project management, and site teams to ensure cost-effective delivery while maintaining client satisfaction and build quality. At Senior level, you will also mentor junior QSs and help embed best practices across the team.
