We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Service Delivery Specialist to enhance the delivery of support to our local authority, national and international clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our bespoke traffic management solutions are delivered efficiently, in line with contractual obligations, and with a focus on continuous improvement. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage service delivery processes, produce reports, present data, drive CRM and tooling enhancements, monitor performance metrics, and support change initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape operational excellence and may include line management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day delivery of contracted services to customers
Organise and participate in regular service delivery meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on service performance, SLAs, and KPIs Maintain a detailed understanding of customer contracts and ensure operational adherence
Track contract deliverables and support renewals, variations, and compliance activities
