Manage bills of lading, dealing with carriers, co-loaders, and brokers. Arrange customs clearances and ensure compliance with regulations. Provide accurate quoting and pricing for freight services. Track cargo and provide updates on shipment status. Prepare and send notices of arrival to clients. Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services. Requirements: Proven experience in freight operations (sea, air, road, and customs clearance). Familiarity with bills of lading and customs clearance processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in tracking and cargo management.
