* Identifying and winning new business with premium and luxury brand owners retailers and agencies
* Growing existing accounts into long term partnerships by providing tailored solutions and support
* Collaborating with design production and supply chain teams to deliver sustainable innovative packaging
* Representing the company at client meetings trade shows and industry events to raise profile and influence
* Shaping market strategy while ensuring every client experience is seamless from pitch to delivery
Key attributes required:
* Proven background in sales or business development within packaging
* Strong knowledge of packaging design materials luxury packaging demands and sustainability initiative
* Ability to sell to high profile clients within the UK luxury retail and brand market
* Confident communicator and negotiator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
* Ability to operate at senior business development level driving strategy growth and long term partnerships
