I am currently hiring for an experienced iTrent HR, Payroll and Systems Analyst to join my highly regarded client on a full time basis. This is a very hybrid role with just one day per month onsite. Responsibilities Maintain / review / improve Batch / Workflow processes Manage iTrent upgrades review new functionality Absence Schemes, wholesale review and suggest improvements (including elements, pay/off sets, entitlement tables etc.) Streamline processes throughout the Group, bringing it all together in a consistent approach. HR / Payroll user manuals to support this, both with existing team members and new joiners. Work with Finance on costing structure. Responsibility for existing iTrent integrations and being involved in new ones. L&D new starters / leavers / job changes Ability to run an end to end payroll function Dealing with payroll queries from staff. Administer all benefits, such as pensions, PMI, death in service, cycle to work, etc. Issuing P45s, P11ds and P60s. To be considered for this role you must have recent exposure to the back-end of the iTrent system with a particular focus on the Payroll side of the system.
