WHAT OUR BRANCH SUPERVISORS DO:
* Lead by example, working closely with the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations.
* Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
* Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards, and sales targets are achieved.
* Support the delivery of sales targets while developing positive customer relationships.
* Assist with branch operations and support colleagues as required.
* Help the Branch Manager ensure team completes actions on time and in full.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, company policies, and procedures.
* Undertake stock takes and audits, and maintain maintenance records for branch vehicles.
* Conduct branch housekeeping for front of house, warehousing, and merchanting.
PERSONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve targets.
* Customer-focused, confident, and proactive in engaging with customers.
* Commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins.
* Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and use initiative.
* Proficient in IT, with experience in MS Office and industry software like SAP.
* Full valid driving license is essential; FLT license is advantageous.
* Ability to cover for the Branch Manager when needed.
* Experience in stock takes, retail, builders merchant, glazing, or uPVC environment is beneficial.
WORKING HOURS & BENEFITS:
Hours: 44 per week, Monday to Friday 7am-4:30pm, and 8am-12pm on a Saturday rota.
Salary: £28,740 basic, with potential earnings up to £33,540 including bonus.
