About the role
During a regular calendar year Nexperia conducts a multitude negotiation with customers from market segments in electronics. Coordinating this process and getting the framework in place for negotiators to discuss with customers and communicate the results internally will be a core task for this roll.
Topics related to pricing and negotiations that are overarching the individual business groups (BG) within Nexperia will also fall in the scope of this position, representing the overall commercial marketing community in selected projects (often software related). Preparing collateral for internal decision making based on pricing, sales and market data will be part of this job.
What you will do
1. Ensure that the pricing set by the respective Business Line Marketers is being executed towards a correctly and timely upload unto various corporate systems.
2. Provide proactive support, value added feedback and maintain a strong relationship to Commercial Marketing, Business Lines and other Marketing departments.
3. Proactively seeking for continuous improvements and give support in the execution to a worldwide standardization and positioning of pricing processes within Sales & Marketing.
4. Act as focus for internal stakeholders in dealing with cross BG promotional Marketing Programs tied to the Distribution Sales Channel.
5. Coordinate and drive the negotiation process, ensuring correct and timely documentation and execution by the various team.
6. Represent the corporate Com. Mkt. community in selected cross BG projects related to reporting, revenue management systems, automation, etc.
7. Support the Pricing committee with insights and collateral for decision making towards strategic pricing.
What you will need
8. Bachelor degree background / education (PRE).
9. Minimum 0-5 Years work experience in a Sales / Marketing / Operations / Finance environment.
10. Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.
11. Ability to work under time sensitivity, meet critical deadlines and deliver commitments in a calm and organized manner.
12. Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams.
13. Semiconductor experience is a pre.

About the team
The strategy department within Nexperia is, among other things tasked with ensuring that pricing policies and price execution are in line with our ambition to become a $10B company.
The pricing committee is looking for support in the execution of the pricing process as well as for negotiation pre- and after-care, as well as helping to enable the systems setup for our order to cash process in light of pricing policy requirements. "
