Salary:
Grade 7–9 (£34,434 – £47,181), based on experience

What You'll Do:
Work directly with children, young people, and families to create positive change
Be part of a forward-thinking local authority that puts people first
Collaborate with multi-agency professionals in a truly supportive culture
You'll need to be:
Registered (or registering) with Social Work England
A qualified social worker (or due to qualify within 3 months)
Legally entitled to work in the UK (please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
A full UK driving licence & access to a car (with business insurance) to ensure you can independently travel around North Lincolnshire.
Skilled in working with children, young people, and families
Knowledgeable about statutory responsibilities in children's social care
A confident communicator and collaborator
