Chartered Surveyor - Lease Advisory & Valuation
£50k - £70k base

About the Role
My client is seeking an experienced MRICS Qualified Surveyor to join their General Practice team, supporting a diverse portfolio of landlord and tenant clients across commercial property. This is a dynamic role combining Lease Advisory (L&T), Valuation, and some Agency work.
You will take ownership of existing client relationships while actively contributing to new business generation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded, and keen to progress within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease regears
2. Acting as Expert Witness in rent review and lease renewal disputes
3. Undertaking Red Book and non-Red Book valuations
4. Managing disposal and acquisition instructions
5. Developing strong relationships with existing clients and securing new work
6. Attending client meetings and collaborating with the lease advisory team
7. Producing high‑quality, detailed professional reports
