Location: Guiseley, Leeds (LS20). Telesales Representative – warranties. OTE £35,000 per year (uncapped commission + base salary £24,200 + benefits). NO COLD CALLING! Build relationships and drive sales growth as part of our Telesales team at Stiltz Homelifts.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Telesales Representative (Warranties) to join our dynamic Warranties telesales team based in Guiseley, Leeds. You will work with warm leads to secure warranty package sales and be the welcoming voice of Stiltz Homelifts. At Stiltz Homelifts we design, manufacture, and install award-winning homelifts, empowering our customers to regain independence and movement in their own homes.
As Telesales Representative – warranties, you will build relationships and influence outcomes, following up on leads to close warranty package sales.
You will be based fully in the office, Monday to Friday, within our Consumer Sales team in Guiseley (LS20 8LG), Leeds.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage your own leads: identify and canvass customers within our existing leads database through proactive lead management.
* Analyse system-generated lead reports to uncover valuable sales opportunities.
* Follow up on leads generated by our Senior Warranty Sales Representatives, closing deals and exceeding expectations.
* Utilise excellent communication skills to negotiate and close sales on extended warranty packages.
* Build strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and challenges.
* Proactively report any outstanding product-related issues to our Service & Breakdown department to ensure customer satisfaction.
