Team Leader Role – Residential Care Home
£28,155.60 per annum (£15 per hour)
36 hours per week, including weekends
We are seeking a Team Leader for our Tova residential home within Ravenswood Village. Tova supports individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
The role involves overseeing care delivery to ensure high-quality service, leading and supervising support staff, and promoting person-centred support. You will also participate in recruitment, training, and assist with administrative tasks such as finances, rosters, reporting, maintenance, and health and safety.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a strong leader, and a team player with good time management skills. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, supportive, and energetic team committed to making a difference.

About Tova:
Tova is a ground-floor home supporting seven adults aged from early twenties to late sixties, with severe learning disabilities, epilepsy, and physical support needs. Many do not communicate verbally and use alternative communication methods such as objects, sounds, facial expressions, and Makaton. Residents require high levels of support in daily activities and enjoy various hobbies and outings.

Essential Skills:
* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
* Experience in person-centred planning and risk assessment
* Willingness to swim and support in hydrotherapy pool
* QCF Level 3/NVQ Level 3 or willingness to achieve relevant qualification
* Knowledge of current legislation
* Strong leadership skills
* Valid UK driving licence
